Am I able to make changes to my order or my delivery date?
Yes, if timing allows! Please email info@fabulousflorals.com with any requested changes. If you are needing to remove any items, please note that it may not always be possible if those items have already been purchased (which can be up to a week before your shipping date).
If I order today, how soon can I get the flowers?
Ordering 1-2 weeks in advance is always recommended. At the checkout page, you’ll be able to select your desired delivery date, in which case your order would ship out the day before via Priority Overnight shipping. If a last-minute order is needed, we can typically ship out next day with an overnight delivery. Please note that availability may vary with last minute orders, but we’re always happy to help suggest substitutes if needed.
I would like to pick my order up at your warehouse instead of having it shipped. How do I indicate that on my order?
If you reside in one of our pick up zip codes, you will see a local pickup option on the cart and checkout page.

If you elect local pickup, your order can be picked up at our warehouse:
1296 Cravens Lane
Carpinteria, CA 93014
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a completed order notification via email, with the shipping carrier and tracking number information.
Tracking numbers will be sent out the day your order ships (the day before your selected delivery date), around 2:00pm Pacific time.
How are your flowers packed?
Every order is packed with care by one of our expert packers. Each box includes foam insulation and gel ice packs to keep the flowers as cool as possible for their overnight trip. We have 5 different box sizes, so your order will be packed as efficiently as possible.
What if a specific flower in my order is not available?
Many of our flowers are available year-round, but sometimes mother nature throws us a curve ball and a specific variety may be unavailable or not up to our quality standards. In these instances, we will send an email or give you a call with substitute options for you to consider! So be sure to keep an eye out on your email the week your order is set to ship.
Do you offer Saturday Delivery?
Yes, we offer Saturday Delivery at an additional cost. Saturday delivery is not available in all areas. If Saturday delivery is not available to your recipient's address, we will automatically ship the order the following Monday.
Do you ship to my area?
We can ship to just about any physical address in the United States! We can also ship to Canada, but please reach out to discuss options and to receive a custom shipping quote.
My order was shipped overnight. Why isn't my order here yet?
Unfortunately, shipping delays can happen, whether due to inclement weather or other reasons throughout the country. Please allow an additional buffer day for delivery, just in case there is a 1 day delay. Our flowers are hearty and we recommend giving the stems a fresh cut and placing them in water immediately upon arrival. After a day of rehydration, they will perk back up!
What time will my flowers be delivered?
Most deliveries usually happen between 10am and noon. However, delivery times can vary depending on your specific region and specific delivery times are not guaranteed.
Help! I just received my flowers, and they are wilted.
We do everything we can to ensure that your flowers arrive looking fresh and beautiful. Unfortunately, situations outside of our control such as high temperatures or a delivery delay may cause your flowers to wilt. Fortunately, flowers are resilient and with a fresh cut and a day to rehydrate, they almost always perk up and look as beautiful as you expected.
If after a day of re-hydrating your flowers haven’t recovered, contact us at info@fabulousflorals.com.
What if I'm not happy with my order?
Delivering bunches of farm fresh flowers is our top priority, however, circumstances may arise that cause your blooms to be compromised. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we will do whatever we can to make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of arrival, so we may quickly remedy the issue. Photos and stem counts of unusable flowers will be needed to complete the claim.
Can I order when it is snowing in my delivery area?
We strongly suggest that you do not order during extreme weather. We ship all orders FedEx Priority Overnight or UPS Overnight to ensure that flowers arrive in fresh condition, but they are a perishable product. Orders placed for delivery during extreme weather conditions will not be refunded or re-shipped if they are received in poor condition or are delayed.
If my order is delayed, will I be refunded for shipping?
Depending on the reason for the delay, freight charges may be applicable for a refund. Freight charges are not able to be reimbursed if the delay is caused by something that is out of the carrier’s control. Claims through FedEx and UPS can take up to 4 weeks to process.
If my wedding is on a Saturday, when should I get the flowers in?
Generally, we recommend either a Tuesday or Wednesday delivery for a Saturday event. This allows a buffer day in the event that there is a one-day shipping delay, as well as allows enough time for the flowers to properly hydrate and for you to design with the flowers.
Why can’t I get my flowers delivered on a Monday?
Our flowers are shipped via overnight shipping, and we do not operate on Sundays, therefore we are unable to ship out on that day.
What are guard petals and what should I know about them?
Our fabulous florals are at the peak of freshness. This means they will arrive in bud form. This process allows for long-lasting blooms and an extended vase life. Because of this, upon arrival of your order, the guard petals (especially on roses) will need to be removed. The guard petals are the outer most petals of the flowers that act as a protective shield for the more delicate petals inside. Sometimes guard petals may appear discolored. This is totally normal. Please remove the guard petals, give your stems a fresh trim, and add directly to fresh water. To extend the life of your blooms- don't forget to give the stems a fresh cut and refresh the water daily.
Are any of your flowers edible?
Since our flowers come from several different growers all around the world, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that they are not treated with chemicals or pesticides. Because of this, our florals for decorative use only.
